Having led IIF’s investments in Mitra Biotech, Surewaves, Sedemac and others, Mr. Rai brings worth him over 17 years of global venture capital, corporate and entrepreneurial experience. An MBA from University of Maryland, he’s been an angel investor/advisor with several high-growth companies including Simplilearn, CertusNet, Qarth payments and many more. He’s also a fund advisor to India Venture Partners, a US-India cross border fund with 15 portfolio companies.

With over 15 years of experience in finance,structuring and cross border transactions, Mr. Kinra has served on the advisory boards of variouscorporate and private equity players.He was instrumental in setting up PwC's investment banking business for South India before joining Balaji Telefilms and presently heads Kin Advisors - an advisory firm that provides a range of professional services to organisations engaged in Social Impact initiatives in India.
